Due to the nature of our digital products, we offer a 14-day refund period for software that has not been downloaded or activated. Hardware products such as SSDs may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Our technical team will review your account usage logs to confirm the license status before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
